What is meaning by Glittering Tooth:

It is lime removing which found on the surface of the tooth in both above or under the gingival, and that's through using upon sound wave vibrating set .and this set dissolve and broke limes which found on the surface of the tooth without feeling any pain except in very rare conditions when the tooth is very sensitive or when the enamel layer is corroded, or when the surface of the tooth have a decay.

How this limes formalized?

These limes comes from the stuck of the food reminder, even if it is very small amount and named by plaque, and when it is stay for more than 12 hours without cleaning by a brush, then it become very hard and solid and, we cant remove it by the ordinary way, and as much as they exceed it becomes more solid and hard, and become a lime layer as a result of the salty lime which found in the slaver. And as much the quantity of the salty slaver the limes becomes more solid and hard, and if the patient have another disease like the sugary the lime form become fast and strong. And for that the general advice is to clean the tooth once every 6 or 3 months, or for who have a natural aptitude to consist these limes, or when they have a salty slaver.

And for glittering

Is to remove the color which found on the surface of the tooth and smooth it to appear smooth, glitter and beauty.

And we use tow ways:

The first way:

We use a special confection that consist of abrasive materials for the tooth with a brush or a rubber funnel and have a slow peed motor in its handle.

The second way:

We use a very smooth cleaning powder put in a special set and connected to a hose have a high speed in the tooth set and it send out water current mixed with the smooth powder in a very strong way, so it is remove this color witch stuck by the surface of the tooth and this way is more effective than the first one especial if this color is a result of the smoke or something like that.

What do we mean by tooth whitening?

It is a chemical way and through it we make the tooth look very white. And remove all internal color and we make in both, the clinic and the home.

In Clinic: Through the oxygen water matter which have the gel form and put in a plastic injection and by a very high concentrated about 38% after isolate the  gingival by a special plastic layer and it become solid by light. and after that we concentrate on the tooth which painted by gel a special light with a very short wave like the plasma light to activate the chemical reaction which make the free oxygen atom transfer inside the tooth and that’s through the very small pores which happen in the outside surface of the tooth, and it is the enamel which remove the color that spread inside the tooth and destroy it and turn the tooth’s color clear white.

In Home: Through applying stamps made of plastic and it is prepared at tooth lab according to every patient ,that it is surrounding the tooth from ever side and consist the same matter mentioned before but with a very low concentration gingival.

According to the ready made stamps it I apply for only half hour daily and for a 2 weeks, but the previous made stamp which made specially to the patient and according to his tooth measurement ,he apply it during sleeping for 7 hours and also for 2 weeks.

And we can mix between the tow ways if the patient tooth I very colored then, we whiten it first at the clinic and it takes an hour, and after that the patient take the whiten matter to home to use it for few days or weeks according to the situation of every patient.

What is the different between whitening and glittering?

The glittering is a physical operation and, it removes the tooth surface color through a special brush assembled on air set tooth or the electrical and with a special confection have a special specification to scrape off this outside color or to use another set that more fast and effective ant it is Air Flow that it gives a high speed pressure of air flow mixed with a very small and smoothly atoms that it can remove the surface color of the tooth but more fast and strong than the brush.

But the whitening is a totally chemical operation that changes the inside color of the tooth, the glitter way cant do or even remove the inside color of the tooth

What are the cases that we use the whiting operation?

1-The tooth which colored by the Tetras clean, and it is an antibiotic used to destroy inflammation microbe and its color is yellow or orange and that’s as a result of the pregnant mother of taking the Tetras clean, or when child use it when their age not exceed the 12 years and in that time their tooth are not totally formed.

2-The tooth which colored by the fluorine component and it color is grey or brown, and that happen when people drink from ground water or from well water which have a high percentage of fluorine while he is child.

3-The tooth which colored as result of accidental disease or, healthy disturbance for the pregnant mother or, for the child while he grows and his tooth formed.

4-The tooth which colored as a result of people get old , that the tooth color turns and change to the yellow gradually when he become old.

These filler consists of a material named composite  it is stuck by the tooth in a chemical way unlike the old filler which has gray color and it turns to black by time ,it is stuck by the tooth by a mechanic way ,that it needs to dig a hole by a special characteristics to make the filler constant , but this new filler don’t need to cut a large piece of the tooth ,but it needs only to remove the decay from the tooth and by this we leave a large amount of the alive tissue ,but it also make the filler stuck by the tooth more strong ,and that through applying the sticking material first on the tooth and it will transfer inside the tooth through the tooth tubes and reach the enamel and then it connect with each other and the filler become a part of the tooth., and then we cant separate between the tooth and the filler and we cant recognize the difference unless we use x-ray photo.
