Clinic location

The clinic is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road which is the  most strategically spot business area in the heart of charming Dubai. The gulf prides for its full of liveliness, active and dynamic in nature with  tremendously high towers. Our clinic is at Al Attar Tower , 30 floor which has a fantastic and attractive view. In addition, you can see the overview of Burg Dubai, the most famous tower around the world. Therefore, when the patient came to our clinic , he can watch this magical view while sitting in the dental chair and he will feel more relax than he could ever imagine and free from the pain, fear or worries.

About Dr.Mouaffaq Al Sibai

Dr.Mouaffaq Al Sibai is one of the pioneers in Dentistry. He graduated from the deeply rooted university in the Arabian world in 1971. It is the only university which teaches the subjects in Arabic language, the original language, the language of Quran and the language of the paradise people and this enables doctors to understand  their work well  than others who have to study by other languages. This university is Damask University in Syria .

He worked in Syria immediately after the graduation till year 1973  and then he moved to Saudi Arabia where he worked at  school health which belongs to the Ministry of Education of Abha city, Asser region in the southern part of Saudi.

At the end of 1983 he resigned from the Ministry of Education and he went to Medina where he opened a private clinic near  Sharif prophetic sanctum. During this time he has been looking forward to the best new methods in dentistry, to deliver the best services to his patients by traveling from East to West and attending medical courses and conferences. At that time it was very rare to find any medical activities for getting more useful information in Saudi Arabia or any other Arabian countries.
From the famous courses that he attended, one  is plant tooth at Tobengen city in south Germany in 1985, and due to this course, he was the first one who introduced the tooth plant in Saudi Arabia. At that time these surgeries were done by using ceramics to plant tooth and not covered by private bags like nowadays. Later , this method was changed by using pure titanium.

He also attended another concentrated course in San Diago city at southwest of America in 1988 organized by Corefent company and then he followed this system in his work as it was better than the others.

In 1992, the first company in plants tooth changed its system to another one  namely IMZ and gave a special course in Jeddah City  for a week. Later,  he used  both methods and at last he adopted the Swedish naming SPI as it gave us  more perfect and  better results.

He always kept in touch with every new and updated  techniques in dentistry by attending many conferences , courses and activities which were held  both inside and outside Saudi Arabia including  Oman, Kuwait, Manila in Philipino , Istanbul in Turkey, Milano in Italy, Berlin and Collen in Germany, Washington, San Fransisco and San Diego in America and many other cities in the world.

In 1999, he left Medina and shifted to Mascat, capital of Oman   and founded  his private clinic at  upper class place, Al Qurm beach where the diplomatic people lives. Most of the diplomats like ambassadors, consulates  and ministers came to his clinic to cure their tooth. While he was practicing in Oman, he tried to improve the people awareness about teeth  by giving health education to the school children how to keep their teeth strong and healthy.
Moreover, he participated in writing many medical articles and essays regarding dentistry through Muscat Press. It was very helpful and effective to many people in maintaining their teeth clean and healthy and enabled a Minister to take treatment in his clinic.

In 2007, he left Oman and came to Dubai, the capital of trade, money, science, medicine and life. He opened his first private clinic at De Paris Medical Centre in Al Mankhool region until 2008, and in the end of the same year he established  his own private clinic at Al Attar tower in Sheikh Zayed street, where we can see the overview of charming Dubai. It is Mouaffaq Bright Teeth Clinic and famous for its fantastic services to all patients.
